Safe At Home Volunteers
The Safe at Home Program is a year-round maintenance program that provides homeowners with critical, mission-focused home repairs. Safe at Home volunteers will complete small-scope, technical home repairs that require experience in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or other repair skills, and commit to completing about four projects per year or more, on their own schedule. This opportunity is great for individuals, as well as small groups, for a fun community volunteer experience.
Open Volunteer Day Volunteers
Open Volunteer Days are monthly events that coordinate individual volunteers to perform a home repair project in a team based environment. Open Volunteer Days are a welcoming and inclusive opportunity for volunteers of all skill levels to make a positive impact in the community, as well as learn a few new skills or share what they know with others.
Project Leader Volunteers
This role is best suited to individuals with the experience and the skills necessary to lead groups through rebuilding projects. Project Leaders will manage project planning and take on key responsibilities, including identifying repairs, procuring materials, organizing logistics among other tasks necessary to complete a project.
